Welcome

In the ladies only session, you don't need any new equipment. just turn up in your normal workout gear and that's enough for now. 

For clothing, please make sure that your clothes DON'T have zips or buttons, these can rub against the skin and cause cuts.

Come as you are, this is a beginner friendly class, we don't expect you to be a world-class level athlete, this class is an amazing way to get fit

There will be a warm-up, some technique, some live rounds and some fitness.
